Statistically russians will be better at dota than any other nation actually, merely because of the fact of how popular it is there. Half of the rage from russians I don't even understand because it's in cyrillic so it's a big plus. And communication? Please the only thing you need in pubs is ping-spam. It's universal. If you're relying on communication from random people you will be more than not disappointed, it's absurd to expect any shred of teamwork from the chaos that are dota pubs. And I agree that USE is the worst, EU-W sometimes as well. | ||

Not to mention, just because you can't expect it doesn't mean you shouldn't try to have it. | ||
