Item progression is bottle boots soulring not bottle soulring boots. Also tinker provides solid sustained damage...its kind of the point of rearm... | ||

MEK imo is pretty poor for OD I'd prefer more mana-y tanky items myself, for instance Shivas Guard if Jugg is such a concern(Even though I'd just W myself when he ults) | ||

Every Chinese carry player builds Mek on OD as their survivability item of choice unless they've picked a better Mek carrier. He has the mana to use it, positions defensively enough to use it safely, and needs all the other stats it gives anyway (+stats always useful for him, he lacks HP regen and armor). It's also just straight-up more cost-effective than any other potential option you could choose as an early survivability item. If this Obsidian builds Atos, I'm turning off the stream. | ||
