Wow from watching n0tail's stream.
AA+meepo is a quite crazy combo if meepo is allowed to hit with all meepos, he's so much bonus damage since chilling touch affects all the meepos(I think)

That's why you get blink dagger on magnus to blink + RP and follow up with skewer-.

Medusa's snake hair just looks so awkward to me... I think it may just be my OCD kicking in, but the top of her head needs more snakes, there's too much empty space.

Blink on meepo looks so fun. I just know that if I tried it, I would fail miserably. Still, N0tail playing meepo is quite entertaining.

Rule of thumb is to not level any spell at lvl1/2, level the spell when you need them, i assume Faith leveled that lightning when the situation needed that because generally people expect support to get shackle first.
Rhasta is a very high maintenance hero because his skillset is crazy and he can deal so much burst damage at lvl5, lightning, shackle, and then 1 more lightning guaranteed at least one kill. People can have a look of rhasta skillset and their mana cost/duration. Hex is a very expensive spell (look at its mana cost/duration), I'd avoid using it in early levels unless absolutely necessary.
