At least I hope people are as self aware as me, that they notice when they do a really shoddy job and get carried to victory by others.

You'd be surprised.

Download this replay and watch Rubick in the first 8 minutes.

More like trying his best to not support his team. That cs and choice of items. Didn't even watch it because i am sure he did nothing during the laning phase to help his carry. Plus if he wasnt doing some tricky neutrals farming then he would be stealing cs left and right.

Well, just watched it... and it's in the low-medium skill bracket I'd say. Rubick went jungling, not laning. Wasn't the best choice, but they were gonna have laning issues due to heroes anyways. The method of his jungling pulled waves for bottom at least, so it sort of helped their carry in the safe lane (SB) farm a bit better. At times he should have helped in lane, but, again - low-medium skill bracket. So, his items make sense, since he was getting solo-like farm.

I just tested, purely double/triple pulling with 0 lane XP gains levels at more or less the same rate as this "jungle" Rubick, while also giving you way more time between spawns to help the lane. So this basically offers no advantages over conventional creep pulling, except for enemy teams being less likely to ward block it (which isn't really worth the tradeoffs).

I hate this shit so much, i get downvoted to oblivion on reddit. Who can legitimately say jungle qop or rubick is good or viable? Nobody. This stuff is clever at best, thats all i'll give it.

I am spamming Roof, the last couple of days. Despite his ridiculous starting dmg, which makes any 1v1 matchup seem easy and his decent laning, I always get to one point where there's no further progress and I keep dying during my initiation - not even due to nukes, but to physical dmg. Mostly I see myself forced to buy GS right after AB & Blink [which is my personal core and works out quite good tbh]

Anyone else facing the same problems? Or is it just, that I keep being matched against 3+ carryteams, which my team is unable to take down before the 30 min mark despite having a 15 kill advantage.

Honestly the biggest use I can see this thing have is to do it with the first wave/during downtimes because of blocks etc. to support the early game of certain junglers. Being Lycan/Ursa and getting 2 free hard and one easy camp without using mana or health? Hell yeah.

So I've been playing the game alot recently trying to get better. Been pretty excited that now my mmr is high enough to actually match against "known" players, but now these games are no fun, because the other team is all 5 stacks and we get completely shit on Not to mention these guys are clearly way better lol, got matched against pro players yesterday and even though we basically won all of our lanes(our offlane even getting a double kill on their trilane) when mid game came around we just got completely destroyed. Oh well time to watch starladder!

My first thought was, he looks like Zhou now. However might be the camera angle.

That's why r/circlejerk is the best subreddit, they embrace bandwagoning and the one opinion to rule them all.

Twins? Ferrari and sing are the same person, obviously. And they are both Cyborgmatt, and since Cyborgmatt is icefrog they are also PGG.

I've seen sing play enigma and he's definitely not PGG. Everything else is 100% correct

Can someone fill me in on what people mean when they talk about new keys and old keys?

Is it just that new keys are the frostivus keys or what?

Exactly so, new (or <insert specific name>) keys are event oriented keys, while treasure keys/normal keys or just plain "keys" are the main currency between the events.

I never quite understood, how come there are so many keys out there?
Do people buy so many keys? I mean, a key costs 2.5$, and odds are you'll get common items who are worth less than that, so why do people buy so many of them?

Also keys aren't used to open chests, lol. Opening chests rarely gives any real value, they are used as a form of ingame-currency for trading. Not for actually opening chests.

It's why event keys are worth more than regular keys, despite them having the same store-value.
