Your steam account must not have been registered for long enough if you can't trade for a month. Pretty much have no choice but to wait it out.

I think you can still sent it via e-mail invite. But not 100% sure.

you can give them out by sending them via email, just by clicking on the invite. However you can't trade them in-game to other people

Yeah it seems like they just sent a bunch of people with the game a bunch of keys, I just got 2. Gave them to my friend who plays LoL. I signed up for the beta on a whim and got in, but never played beyond a couple matches, just didn't have the time and patience to really learn the game and was tired of whoever was on my team bitching at me.

Oh right you can email the keys. Totally forgot about that option.
I only found out about the 1 month thing on "new" accounts because one of my other accounts received an extra key.

50 minutes from this post we'll give another GOLDEN BABY ROSHAN RUN a go. Whoever wants in should bring around 4-5 hours of time, not including setup. Ideally it gets done faster but we don't want to sub someone after hours of practice.
At 1 AM CET (7 PM EST) we will give people around 15-20 minutes to show up, anyone who has helped with MAFFCRAFT or the last attempts gets priority, afterwards we'll fill up on a first come first serve basis. Teamspeak, a microphone and enough time is a must. If possible, have an unused smurf account around for this. There was just another invite wave so that shouldn't be too hard.
I'll post around 15 minutes after the starting time if we need more people.
