EDIT: As of this post there is a belt with 163str, 92int, 50ar, 9IAS, 45CHD and 20mf with 625m BO. It's been up for just a few hours. There is nothing else similar with strength.
That intelligence could be vitality. For that reason alone I dont understand why someone would pay 1b+ for this. I haven't followed this market though, so I dont know how rare an item like this is.

You're wrong, Int is a fixed stat on Witcing Hour, the pick up radius however could have been vit (or vit/str), but that's a minor quibble.
Why?
Because you rolled *perfect* strength
and *perfect* attack speed
and *perfect* critical hit damage
And All Res is a very desirable stat, especially with an above average roll.
You even almost got perfect Int on that sucker...
I'd be tempted to put that on the RMAH, but I can't help you with how much... just more than all the other ones you see.

my god that witching hour is fucking insanely sick. worth probably 5 billion.
p.s. pickup radius is a VERY VERY undervalued stat for some reason, i'd easily give up anything under 100 vit for 6 or 7 yards of pickup radius.

200 Int is the max
Also it wouldn't be smart to put that WH on the RMAH when you could make more in gold.

i guess he was wrong on the str ^^
but about the int roll, i think he meant the non-random int roll of 90-100 int.
anyway, is it possible for a witching hour to roll a non-random of 90-100 int + a random of up to 200 int for a max of > 200 int?

300 Str is only max if it had rolled Str/Vit as well; which it didn't. I was talking about a pure strength roll, not overall.
From what I've seen Witching Hour rolls with an innate 90-100 Int roll; I could be wrong, I don't play an Int class so I don't really pay attention to the Int stat on those things.
I'll be honest, wasn't too sure about the RMAH cap / exchange rate. I only suggested it because other posters were saying the gold AH cap was too low to get fair value for this.

No, the int could not be vit, all witching hours roll 90 int.

I was mainly worried that he would take peoples advice to sell the item on the RMAH, but the other stuff seemed wrong as well. I admit I messed up and didn't understand his post correctly.
