yeah killing through the champion wisps the first time a week or two.. oh god, I hit the rage timer on two different camps. Pretty much had to blow every cd to make sure to kill 1 and then sit in base a few mins so rage timer reset the first time I went through all that.
Honestly best farming before you're capable of owning Act3 is really just mass running Act 1 Quest 9 for 5 stack neph spam of warden / butcher.
As barb you can pretty much kill every pact by just hitting wraith + earthquake with relentless since you own the act anyway and dont need the survival, essentially running the act in 15-20, maybe even 10 minutes flat.
You average about 1 worthy item of AH sell each run + gold pickup and item sell I think you can average about 100k every 10 mins.
Even though barbs have a lot of disadvantages in terms of gear dependence it's kinda funny to me cus at the same time that gear dependence let's you farm shit soooooo easily once your gear is good enough.

act1 inferno is just crafting mat farming for me. salvage the 60s, then vendor the rest.
sometimes you get good lvl55-60s rares but that's it
rmah will only make it harder I think

Nah serpent magi are pretty easy for barb. They sit there channeling that stupid lightning storm shit, and every tick of it can proc Revenge so you don't take any damage.

Found a Screaming Chain set ring in Fields of Misery from an elite mob which got me 2 million. So yes, I love A1.

I think that act 4 - Iskatu is very underrated btw. Takes me about 20min per "run"(60 slots of inventory), usually has at least 1 item worth 500k+ and numerous 100k ones, etc. Also get like 50k in gold during that time from the loot and the quest reward

Its also stupidly easy for a Barb who specs for it. Even in A1 capable gear, you can farm Iskatu pretty consistently.

Actually I just did the Iskatu run 15 times in 12 minutes, it's pretty quick if you have the endurance

So from what i've read through, here's some of the main points im getting from all this... plx let me know if i'm missing something:
Inferno:
All Res > DPS (with life on hit) > Def > Vit > Str
String of ears ASAP, StormShield when affordable
DPS builds AND Survivability builds are both viable at this point, but it seems 1hshield seems to be the BEST option for gear choice
Farming Inferno:
-Quest9 highland and/or halls of agony to warden then WP to butcher
then once geared up effectively
-A2 Kulle
then
-Iskatu (this is where im a little confused, i've yet to get to inferno, is iskatu more difficult than A2 farming options? or a viable option after A1 is faceroll?)
Optimal Skill Choices:
-WotB + EQ seems to be very popular
-Revenge with extra proc seems to be the #1 skill choice at the moment for survivability and damage utility
-ignore pain or leap w/ iron impact seems to be popular for act bosses
-Warcry with +health or +resis seems to be a great option
Questions i haven't found answers to:
-Battle Rage, Why is not many using this skill in their build, it feels like its a non CD WotB. (more damage more crit but none of the extra stats as the tradeoff for no CD) Is dodge, Att Speed, and movement speed really worth the 120 sec CD over the non CD Battle Rage??
-I've seen a few builds incorporate threatening shout, but is that more of a skill for groups or is it viable to add in to a solo build?

If you have WoTB + EQ that's basically any elite pack down every 2 mins. It's really really fucking good. The only ones I ever struggle with is shielding b/c the EQ + WoTB can't dps through the shield..obv 
Krip used Threatening Shout with the slow rune for his first inferno diablo kill. It can be good and it's prob what I'll have to swap to when I hit act 3 and 4 unless I start rolling in money and can gear myself to the teeth to crush the content. Then I'd prob use EQ but I doubt that'll happen so I plan on using threatening shout w/ the slow rune most likely.

Iskatu you just cheese with double 2min CDs + Ignore Pain + the fact that Cleave Rupture rune does retarded damage to him when you explode Shadow Vermin.
