Linguist but currently employed in part-time homework guidance (teaching), looking for a full time job as, perhaps full-time teacher as getting a paid PhD in my field is so goddamn impossible and in the meanwhile doing odd freelance work like translations, proofreads, counting cars and driving forklifts into shit.

Nah, I study sociology/psychology. During the summer I work at a place for slightly mentally challenged adults, it's pretty lazy. Some of these aspergers guys could easily be some of the more nerdy gamers in the community, in fact Idra shows alot of tendency towards aspergers.

Air traffic controller. Which is a lot more boring than it sounds, but pays really well and leaves lots of free time.
I am also a volunteer maths teacher, but I guess this doesn't count as a job, since, it is for free.
