it's a quite simple and easy-to-counter build nowadays, with lurks, guards, and that kind of shit. but it was one of the terran's best arsenals back then. | ||

T's only opened 2 rax acad cc back then because Zergs were still opening 2 hatch lurker and strategies hadn't evolved enough yet. SK terran now is fueled off of 1 rax cc or 14cc. That's why all the bozos who think the fantasy build wasn't invented in 2008 by iloveoov but is just bringing back an older build are wrong, because the fantasy build is entirely geared at beating 3 hatch muta, a modern invention. If some random person used it in 2002 vs 2 hatch lurker or whatever it would be a completely different build than the 2008 one. | ||

The two are pioneers not because they were the first to use those combinations (and they weren't, not by a long shot) but because of the novel way they used them. | ||
