man that was such a sad ending. The play was really great but miller was too slow. I wonder if it wouldve been thomas on millers spot he could actually have went strong to the basket and actually put the ball in. Also miller robbed us of another 5 minutes of epic basketball. Im kinda sad for Brad Miller though.

But again, the bulls shouldve closed this out about 5-6 minutes left in the 4th Q when they had a 10 point lead. And rose has got to take care of the ball. damn too many turnovers. I wish they all learn from this and bring it on in Chicago.

I watched Pierce suck terribly the entire game then made 2 fucking unbelievable shots... so yeah, no point in having Thomas in.

Wait let me explain it clearly because people seems to have low understanding skills. Did you see the last play? It was beautiful, designed so that the middle will be wide open for MILLER. The only reason why the celtic defenders and Rondo (who just got him in the face) came back defensively was because MILLER WAS TOO SLOW DRIVING TO THE LANE. And you are talking about tyrus' jumpshot??? Who needs a jumpshot when you have a wide open lane. With tyrus' speed and athleticism i think he wouldve done a better job than miller.

agreed. Unfortunately Brad Miller isn't a speedy guy but he is a great free throw shooter - I think thats why he was in the game. I really hope those crazy ESPN posters don't blame this loss on Miller though, the guy did the best he could on that drive. If he didn't get fouled that was almost assuredly a 3 point play and game over.

I think they would have played Thomas differently.

The difference between the Lakers and the Bulls, among other things, is that Pau Gasol with his ridiculous 7'6" wingspan would have wandered over to block some of Pierce's key jumpshots. Or maybe another of their 7 footers.

GOD DAMN that was such a great fucking display of coaching ability (minus the running out of time outs once again)... that was a BRILLIANT play, nobody would have expected the play for Brad Miller to have a wide open midrange jumper designed for him.

Honestly though, I think Brad Miller succumbed to nerves, he should have taken the wide open jumper, his shot is more reliable than his ability to drive to the basket IMO, and plus a jumper is probably more reliable than being forced to hit 2 clutch free throws.

Otherwise, it was a great play, just botched the execution a bit.

It wasn't a designed play. You seriously think they would design a play for Brad Miller with the game on the line? Who are you kidding. They were looking for Gordon first, then Rose/Salmons as a 2nd chance. The only reason Miller was open was because of a miscommunication, I don't give a shit how bad a guy is, or how well a play was designed(which is a joke by the way because Del Negro is a shit coach) no one is going to be that wide open. Miller had a layup and got fucking mugged.

Watch the play dude, Kirk was looking for at least 3 different people before Miller. No way Miller is the #1 option in this big a situation.

Such a letdown of a game tho. I can't believe they let that 10 point lead slip so quickly
