I think Hilary is probably not going to be so,
and I'm curious to what Hilary has to say about this, or if she's going to go have a psychological breakdown and divorce Bill

Clinton's recent embrace of a "gas-tax holiday" — an idea dismissed by others in her party as a bit of ineffective pandering — also reinforced questions about her trustworthiness. In Indiana exit polls, a full quarter of Clinton's own supporters said that they did not think she was honest. Just as Obama suffered in Ohio for looking like he was too political on NAFTA, Clinton's position on the gas tax issue riled Indiana voters, who consistently raised it in conversations with reporters the weekend before the primary vote. Also Wednesday, aides disclosed that Clinton had lent her campaign $6.4 million since mid-April, on top of a separate $5 million loan in February. She contributed $5 million on April 11, $1 million on May 1 and $425,000 on May 5. Another sign of trouble came as a much-hoped for spike in Internet fundraising didn't materialize after Tuesday's results. After winning Pennsylvania decisively on April 22, the Clinton campaign said it raised about $10 million in 24 hours; aides Wednesday said they had seen a bump in online cash but nothing close to their post-Pennsylvania success. Also this pisses me off: But Clinton's team acknowledged that even if both states' delegations were seated, she would still not close the gap with Obama, who leads Clinton by about 150 delegates. Clinton said Wednesday that she would be sending a letter to Obama and Democratic Party Chairman Howard Dean expressing her view that seating the Florida and Michigan delegations is a civil rights and voting rights issue. Am I reading this right, if she believes this why did she sign acknowledging the Democratic rules to rule out Michigan and Florida. Think she would give two craps about all 50 states if she was still front running or cared 9 months ago. No. EDIT: Also it's pretty funny to see Sean Hannity pretty much do everything but foam at the mouth in support of Hillary. I think the Republicans would rather face off against Clinton because she is so easy to target other than Obama which might result in the party seeming to racist attacks.

No. Look dude, you have to consider not only from that point of view but from the GOP overall democratic strategy. Florida is a MAJOR swing-state, and if voters are pissed off that they weren't counted, it could be detrimental to the GOP nominee's presidential campaign. Thus, allowing a possible re-vote would be a nice compromise.

Grand Ol' Party = Republicans As for whether FL/MI voters are pissed off about their votes not counting, they'd be more pissed off if it was given to Hillary, because no one else of importance was on the ballot. EDIT: So I applied to Obama's fellowship program for a summer internship and I've gotten two emails in two days asking for donations. >:

Link I hope the story is wrong because this seems like an unnecessary risk to me. Declaring victory with a majority of the pledged delegates without getting the actual victory of a majority of total delegates (2025 discounting MI,FL) would antagonize Clinton supporters who Obama will need in the fall.

Edit: Even then I hope the Obama campaign wouldn't be that dumb. Hopefully it is a false report.
