With the recent departure of the Zotac Cup, I am creating a SC2 tournament that will allow players to continue to participate in a weekly, free tournament with a cash payout. Also, there are thousands of fans like myself who enjoyed the extra SC2 content, and I'd definitely like to see this gap not exist.
The tournament will likely start next week. We will make a post in the tournament section/reddit when the details are finalized.
The Details as of Now:
- BaseTradeTV will continue to cast the series.
- The weekly tournament will follow the Zotac point system.
- The point system will be used to determine who plays in the monthly finals.
- Weekly Prize $100/Monthly Prize $200
Up in the Air
- The tournament may be a combined NA/EU tournament with rules to handle multi-server match ups. If not, it will be server locked to EU first.
- The goal is to run an NA AND EU weekly/mothly.
- The prize pool is funded by myself. After the first month, I will seek sponsors and possibly open a Patreon (the latter if sponsors/myself can't hedge the costs).

Really great for the scene and sc2. Hopefully as much people as possible will sign up and/or watch the stream.
