Thunderdog eSports is proud to announce that the saga of the Top Dogs going from underdog to Thunderdog continues as Season 2 of Top Dog for the North American server will begin on January 14, 2014!

Prize: $100
Server: North America
Skill: This league is open to teams of all skill ranges
Entry Fee: None
Date and Time: Every Tuesday for 8 weeks (Jan. 14 - Mar. 4) at 8:00PM EST
Playoffs and Finals: Saturday, March 8 at 1:00PM EST
Max Teams: 32, split into 4 divisions of 8
Max Players per Roster: 5 starters, 5 subs (please carefully read our revised rules regarding roster changes as we are abandoning the weekly roster submission rule)
Format: Mixed Style (5 best of 1's, no wild card, pro-league style format, round robin, first team to 3 wins takes the match, plus 1 bonus point, all matches must be played because points count and can change the team's score in later weeks)
Finals Format: Same as entire season, top 2 teams from each division play in the playoffs
Prize: Interview with the winning team

Teams are ALWAYS welcome to have their own casters broadcast their games so long as there is at least a 2 minute stream delay. Teams will be contacted in advance if their games will be featured on the Thunderdog stream.
If you wish to have your game(s) casted please let us know in your post while registering.

There have been some major rule changes for this season so please go over the rules carefully! Major changes include strict ENFORCEMENT of results submission, banishment of barcode players (managers/owners can have a barcode name, but can't play), playoff information, and more.
Thank you for understanding our reasons for these rule changes as they will hopefully eliminate some issues that we've had in the past.
