Commandstructure
A psidisruptor could sever the communications of the zerg, the swarm loses cohesion.
The protoss might be bothered by a psidiruptor but they have alternate ways of communication and units/groups can act on their own without central commands. They can adapt their technology to work without psi altough less potent.

Mobility
The mobility provided by the arbiters makes galactic blitzkrieg possible and fast reinforments possible.
Zerg can have very good mobility on a planet when they have established a network of nydus.

Resources/production
Zerg very flexible production. Protoss production ridgid but could rapidly increase when resource available only 1 probe needed.

Infiltration
Both races are almost impossible to infiltrate.
The zerg have proven to be able to infiltrate terran ranks (Duran). The protoss have not done this yet.Their culture and mindset is not favourable to perform espionage, sabotage, misinformation. If circumstancesforce the protoss to look for uncoventional methods of warfare a creative bold protoss might pursue this path with the help of dark archons but it might be a long process to convice them to help in these plans.

Countermeassures
- The zerg are vulnarable to irradiate. Further research could lead to better bioweapons. A further weakness is their dependancy on a central commandstructure and the loss of innitiative without it.
There is a need to undertsnd the biology and neurology on infestation and a method to test humans if they are infested or not.
Agents that dissolve creep?
- EMP works well on protoss. Develops ammo that sets of small emp waves on impacts so other weaponsystems can benefit from it? There is not enough knowledge yet of protoss machinery to make more effective weapons. Disrupt their psi?
Research psionic abilities in humans with help from genetic engineering. This could backfire as they may be more vulnarable to psionic probing.
