I walked out saying these kids are idiots, none of them are going to make money. I then started doing research everyday and looking into it and the credibility of the business. I also then started seeing my friends make more and more money while also being extremely happy because they were their own boss and making money with their friends. I know two people personally who received BMWs from the company (3 year lease of a car of their choice BMWs, Benz, MiniCooper) and was like 0_0. Let me try it. How does it work?

The fact that you're asking what a pyramid scheme is makes me either feel sorry for you or wish that was a rhetorical question. You've already been warned. Good luck to you.

How can you not see it's basically the exact same fucking thing? It's not about the product. If it was, they wouldn't be so damn overpriced and useless(lol those study's). It's about scamming gullible idiots like you. I was about to do some Math to show you how unsustainable this is but fuck it. I'm going to bed.

The fundamental aspect of a pyramid scheme is that in the end, profits come from bringing more people into the organization, not so much moving the end product to consumers. At some point people at the bottom level will be unable to bring in more people or sell their products, and are left with unsold boxes of cruddy energy drinks in their basement. Its from these people that others higher on the chain make their money from. EVERY product-based MLM scheme is a pyramid scheme, otherwise they would just sell the product conventionally instead of relying on bullshit "network marketing". Also, just because the product is legitimate does not mean the organization is. Herbalife drinks and Cutco knives are not terrible. The problem is they don't have high enough demand to be profitable, so some immoral execs decide to turn it into a pyramid scheme. Lastly OP, it is pretty obvious from what you write that you've bought into the Kool-Aid. The empty platitudes (especially the hilarious speech you gave at the end of your post) are always taught to members of pyramid schemes to get them to "buy in". Members are indoctrinated to love the product itself, whereas real salespeople learn both the pros and cons of their products. Plus, pyramid schemes always hire meaningless "experts" (Dr. Oz is a quack doctor who has zero legitimacy, Jordan doesn't know shit about energy drinks). The "rewards" given out to members for recruiting more members is stereotypically a fancy car as well. OP, when your friends make $1,000 a month, is that before or after the costs of buying the product? Because typically what happens is that even good, smart people end up falling for this shit and end up paying tons of money for the product itself. Then they realize they can't sell it, so they are forced to offload to product to other suckers (which is you, OP). I hope you're good at suckering others because otherwise you're the sap everyone higher in the pyramid is going to be profiting off. By the way, I spent half an hour writing this whole thing because someone I knew got screwed at the bottom, and I hope you get out there before the same happens to you.

It's only $550 guys. I have that laying around. That's exactly why I'm participating in this thing! So I can... earn... more money? Wait... Something fishy is going on here....
