Somehow you heard "statistically speaking there is likely to be greater than zero rapists in that group" but that isn't what he said.

He wasn't 100% sure that there were any good people from mexico coming over.

This guy spent a lot of money on all that hardware. I mean with half a million dollars there are a lot of ways a determined person can do a lot of harm to a lot of people... but from what I can tell we still have no idea why he did it.

Serious answer: he wanted to experience getting up to a 4 star rampage. This was GTA in real life.

And here I thought you'd need a tank to get a 4 star rampage. Funnily enough, that one dude, who hijacked a real tank and crashed it on the free way - after a 3 hour chase - didn't harm or kill anyone, afaik. But I think they shot him anyways...

I am going to leave this primer on bump stocks here for later when the details are debated. No, the Vegas shooter guy did not have 'automatic' weapons in the meaning of the firearms control act of 1934, but if you check the spoilered video, you will see that the fine legal distinction between a federally registered automatic weapon and a bump-stocked new AR is of little difference when you are on the firing end of the barrel. Many of the victims thought they were under automatic fire.

I'm happy to state the obvious: Puerto Rico is not exactly a paragon of well-run, civilized, and industrious society.

You don't have to stay here if you don't like it.

The amazing thing you will see is that 1) Pretty much every country had more violent crime in the 80s and 90s and the crime rate is since then steadily declining. It's a global trend, the world has become more safe. 2) The gun violence crime rate is much smaller in european countries. But i know, the US are totally different and can't be compared. Your crime is down and only due to a lack of gun control.
Comparing between countries is not the smartest idea. There are a million different variables. If you want a better comparison how about between the states here? In fact, most of the recent data show no correlation or negligible at best:

I'm happy to state the obvious here, Puerto Rico is part of the US, they are citizens, they are part of our military, they do in fact pay some federal taxes and do infact get some federal benefits. The top of their bureaucracy is in fact Trump and the US congress help draft their current legal status. They aren't a separate country just one of the US territories the super 2nd class citizens that the US doesn't like to talk about because of it's awkward holdovers of WWII and the cold war.
