(Pedantry) + Show Spoiler +It's "per se" from the Latin for "by itself."
Unless Putin has information that HRC killed Vince Foster or something similarly damaging, she wins. That's more or less always been the case. I have to imagine the likes of Paul Ryan and the RNC have been preparing for her victory on that basis for months.

So maybe the Senate will move to confirm Garland?

Man. I wonder what SNL will do with this. Too bad they don't have that huge an audience any more.

There is such a thing as Trump tanking so hard in the polls that it helps him, Clinton needs people on their toes and worried about Trump having a decent chance of winning.
What we've got here are the most ripe conditions for an upset. Two deeply unpopular choices where what the majority sees as the lesser evil seems increasingly more certain to win. That's when when complacency and protest voting increase on the part of the favorite's presumed voters.

That is such a cop out. One of the two is going to be president so when you do something like that its basically "I dont have the courage to decide" Either vote for him or vote for her but doing anything else is basically the same as not voting.
|
I disagree adreme; there's plenty of plausible methods by which one could determine ones vote; and it's reasonable to want some time to figure out what to do after a change. and I dislike hating on people trying to vote as they deem best.

Kinda want to go around my neighborhood and put up signs with:
Trump/Pence 2016 Grab HER by the p---y!
|
If Clinton wants to bring it up in the debate, does she have to paraphrase it a la "grab them by their private parts"? Or is the original something you can say on TV in the US?

One of the two will be president. When you have a choice between 2 people and you choose neither than you are not making a choice, you are running from the choice. If you like both you choose whichever you like most, if you dislike both then you choose whichever one you can tolerate most but not making a choice is a cop out and is the sort of wishy washy thing that drives me crazy.

Also, is there still anyone doubting that Russia was behind the DNC hacks after they've been formally accused by the US government? Or did I miss that amidst the Trump bonanza?

So do we call her Madame President or Madam President?
Like I have no idea on the policy for that. Also first husband, first gentlemen, first guy to get divorced by a female president?

It's definitely not something you're allowed to say on tv (it gets silenced/ bleeped out), and honestly I can't see Hillary actually saying that word.

inb4 Johnson back in the race because vacant seat from Trump. But seriously, we're probably not going to see how this influences (from a polls pov) the Trump campaign until after the 2nd debate bump? It's going to be at least 3-4 days until new polls come out that have this in them and then might as well wait 1-2 more days to get a decent picture of the post-debate situation.
A bit sad, would have liked to see how this alone influences the campaign without 2nd debate performances, whatever they will be like
Also, Trump apparently down to only +3 in Alaska as of now: OCT. 5-6 / Moore Information / Trump +3 /// 538 adjusts it to +4 not like Alaska matters with it's mighty 3 electoral votes (sry if someone here is from there ) but isn't that usually super red?

Yeah . . . I don't really understand what is happening. I don't really see what the big deal is. Trump was clearly bullshitting with another male chauvinist while describing the reality he lives in. Is he a pig? Yes. But it's not like anything is different. "Grab them by the pussy"? Sounds like an ad lib. I just don't get it.
