Mostly personal crap to plansix since technically asked. Still waiting on your high tier intellectuals btw. Genuinely eager to read their works so that I can understand your point of view better. + Show Spoiler + It's works unbelievably well? Excellent dinners for nearly a decade have ensued, thanks for asking. I buy food thus you must cook the food. Though I like cooking anyway so there's that. It's super simple stuff. Trump's world is a little different. His wife has the choice of working. Complete freedom.
I've had like a total of 3 arguments in over the last decade of relationships, all of them very minor and mature. 0% yelling. All the years very happy.
What is your argument against a free lodger not cooking dinner? Or, is how tersely he put it 'problematic' because it implies a threat of violence may happen. Which of course, would never be ok.

Horrific non farm payrolls yesterday. Expected 159,000, Actual 38,000.Prior two months also revised lower.Worst since 2010.
Expect the USA to be in recession by November, allowing Trump to win in a landslide.

Expect the USA to be in recession by November, allowing Trump to win in a landslide. Unemployment is at 4.7%. Of course theres more to the story than that, like the Verizon strike and labor participation rate which i mentioned yesterday. Recessions are around the corner when unemployment is this low.

Because every few weeks you make a prediction about the economy and how this thing you read about on zerohedge or whatever is giving you unique insights into the world economy which nobody else can see and nobody responds and the thing doesn't happen. You don't have to answer this, I don't actually want to know the answers, I just want you to ask yourself these questions and then maybe, just maybe, stop.

You seriously think unemployment is at 4.7? Sanders doesn't. https://berniesanders.com/real-unemployment-above-10-percent-low-wage-workers-hardest-hit/
10% still a low estimate i think but yeah. The unemployment rate dropping from 4.9% to 4.7% in a month where only 38,000 jobs were created is pretty laughable.

I think the stats are what they are, and are probably more accurate, better sourced, and more clearly defined than your claims on what should constitute "real" unemployment; so I lend them far more credence.

Yes of course it's 4.7%. Obviously your definition doesn't match the Feds. Like i said, look at the labor participation rate and other factors for a better picture of what's going on.

Sooner or later something will come up if you say it enough. A recession is likely to happen regardless of who is in office given the past data on bull market length.
As for Canada, we have our own debt problems (T2 adding 100 billion of debt over 4 years) as well as record high personal debt.

Yes. Trump is espousing White Nationalist principles**. Trump is saying that because Judge Curiel is "Mexican" (in his words), Curiel can't be an unbiased judge and Trump needs a real American judge. Trump is implicitly saying that "Mexicans" aren't as American as Trump. That is White Nationalism. That is racist. That is an evil that we haven't seen since 1960s era politicians.
It just so happens that Trump is utterly wrong on the merits too. So he is a racist, and a liar, and wrong!
** Specifically, that only white people like Trump can be real Americans whereas Mexican-American Citizens like Curiel are not trustworthy and less than American than Trumpkins despite citizenship.

are there any governmental systems that are reliably good at not going into debt? I mean, governments seem to keep getting into debt trouble; but in general it's not that hard to avoid debt, especially debt of questionable soundness (as opposed to debt that clearly finances worthwhile investments). It's always sad how easy it should be and yet there's issues.

the other funny thing of course being that Trump is such a huge thin skinned megalomaniac who still hasn't gotten over somebody insulting his tiny hands ten years ago that he can't possibly imagine that a Mexican judge still might judge him completely fairly and objectively. I really doubt that any Black or Hispanic judge would still be doing their job if they'd get upset about anybody throwing racism at them.
