Shortly before 9 a.m. Thursday, presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump arrived at the Republican National Committee's Washington office for his much-anticipated meeting with House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI).
Ryan has withheld his endorsement of the bombastic billionaire, prompting warnings from members of his own party in the House. He said he wants to use the meeting to start the unification of the party and for getting to know Trump.
“To pretend we're unified as a party after coming through a very bruising primary, which just ended like a week ago, to pretend we're unified without actually unifying, we go into the fall at half strength,” Ryan told reporters on Wednesday.
RNC Chair Reince Priebus is also expected to be present at the meeting.

I'm hoping that Ryan and Priebus try to get Trump to play ball, only to get stumped.

This Zimmerman dude is just a disgusting human being. I lived not to far from Sanford, and this guy was always getting into trouble with the law. Just ridiculous.

Election is over. Trump wins.

Literally trash human who is the hero of other trash humans. I sort of hope someone purchases the gun just to destroy it.

If being human garbage was a super power, they might be evenly matched.

I dont understand the relevance of this. Would you mind explaining a bit?

It would be sweet sweet irony if Zimmerman got shot by someone because he was a large threatening foreign guy

But if the they could invent a gun that made it so he couldn’t make headlines any more, I’ll support that.

Everyone who supported Zimmerman sinking in their chairs right now lol

Some people love to point out that the “black community” supports some real bad people just because they are black. But pro-gun/self defense folks suffer from the same type of tribalism where they will back anyone who kills someone with a gun and it vaguely looks like it could be self defense. Even if it is abundantly clear that person is 100% human garbage.

Whether or not he is a detestable human being is another matter, and I was convinced that he was no more than about 2 months after the end of the suit. This is just running up the score in that regard.

Zimmerman is clearly trolling his detractors. But was he not getting his head slammed into the pavement when he shot the guy?

He desperately needs money to cover all of his debts. I don't blame him for selling the gun. He should never have been charged in the first place in the Zimmerman case.

There are plenty of dirt bag people who no one should support that don’t do anything criminal. This slob is was as the bleeding edge of that spectrum, right on the edge. And if the charge wasn’t murder, but some sort of reckless endangerment, it might have been a better case.

(Talking from ignorance) Some of Bernie's donators are: "Solar guy", "Rockstar", "Prophet at UNSELFISH", "Keyboard Specialist" (DMV), random strings of numbers, "Shrink", "Human Being", "IT Guy", "Figurehead", "POOR ASS STUDENT", "Bar Patron", "Web nerd", "Worker bee", Yale's locksmith, "OFFICE GAL", "REALTOR?", "Fulfillment", and "Seed Saver" There's also repeat donors of people hitting the cap but donating anyway, etc... non-names linked to random PO Box numbers, etc... All donating to Bernie to both circumvent the cap as well as fake "individual contributions" Those are what they put for their occupation isn't it? It obviously is something entirely different than what he's talking about other than that the whole fundraising system is terrible. He's not against money in politics whatsoever (no one is). Hes against the corrupting influence it has currently. What about these requests from the fec indicates however much was illegally donated was to gain corrupting influence? To be clear it's the perceived hypocrisy, not the using the rules to his advantage that made people think this was a story right? Not all of those are occupations. There's someone named ACTBLUE who only has a po box and no other info about them who donated about 10+ times on april alone. This is literal fraud, this is literal campaign fraud. Bernie is being asked to pay it back, he is refusing. People are spending over the limit, non-citizens are spending. The rules do not allow what he is doing. Literally does not allow it. Please provide proof that he expressly states he is refusing to return the funds. I guess the FEC asking to pay it back, repeatedly, while adding more people to the list he hasn't payed back is insufficient evidence. As long as he sets aside the money he is supposed to return and keeps the FEC appraised, it should be fine. Its not like he can just spam out wire transfers, since most bank accounts will not accept those. Even if he sends it back in the form of a check, they might not cash it. I know people are going to find this hard to believe, but it can be very hard to return money. We handle surpluses for banks all the time and a bunch of it gets sent to abandoned property because can't send it to anyone.
I am the proof of this!
I got $2 of state tax return this year.... however my state tax is actually exactly match, and the refund is from... 2012! I've been getting the $2 check every year for 4 year now and just can't be bothered to cash it. At this point it prob cost state 20 bucks to just send those damn things to me.

Pretty sure Ryan is at like 75%+ in his district, which voted against Trump. He can do whatever he wants.

Yeah Ryan is super duper safe, probably the same level of safe as DWS lol
