Greetings fellow Diablo 3 players,
Recently blizzard decided to ban my account (WD) that I built in 1 week after having a long time break from the game. (character in question: https://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/MrX-2937/hero/704687). I decided to buy a second account and level a barbarian. in 2 days I dinged 60 and after 3-4 days with a bit of help from some friends and a bit of real money spent on the game my barb looks like this: http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Darkness-2888/hero/748471 .
Now any barbarians out there on EU servers that would like to maybe play some alt of theirs and dont need their gear but would like to sell it and make something from it can contact me on my battle id: Darkness#2888 or PM me here. I will gladly offer gold or real money and we can discuss for the best of both sides. What I am mainly looking for are "budget" upgrades, dont got many millions to spend or money to be honest. If you can sell something below AH price and it is a really big upgrade then we could discuss about it as well.
Any "donations" that would probably make me not spend more money on this game is always welcome and heart warming! 
Also looking for people to start crafting the Hellfire Ring. I am able to solo mp2 right now but made like 5 runs for act 1 key and still hasnt dropped (doesnt take long to farm the boss but i dont have too much time right now to be able to make more and more runs). On my WD i was able to solo mp5 and got the keys pretty damn fast (1st try's).
PS: I dont like talking about why Blizzard banned my account. I will just say that their system for banning people has many flaws and that I have already made an appeal and waiting for a final answer.
PS2: If before someone sells me something and suddently I see my account got unbanned I will have to decline his offer and sell my WD's stuff so I can gear my barb on the profits made by it.
PS3: Barbarian is the best class in the game and I love it.

Random moment-Random topic. I usually do not rage over a game. But when someone thinks they are right and you know they are wrong, is what really gets on my nerves. I felt like Francis (fat youtube guy that rages over blizzard games etc) that day. But take out the yelling,crying, smashing keyboards and talking bad. So guess I wasnt like Francis, just over reacted. I was actually pretty calm that day and went out with some friends to cheer me up. That's why I made another account-haven't lost faith in blizzard yet.

Yeah I understand, they do make mistakes sometimes, I would be pretty pissed off as well if my account was banned, but still, that topic was hilarious :D GL with your new barbarian!

duping is not the only way to cheat the game, there are many other ways to go with it and are you sure you didn't cheat? I have never seen anyone clear getting their account banned.
Why would you buy another account if you are so sure that you never cheated? and even spend more gold/cash? I just don't get it. I feel that you already know you aren't getting your account back so you went ahead and bought another account.

He explained to me after some pauses in between our convo that blizzard's system has holes in it and that it might have been someone else hacked into my account and did whatever he did to it. (He asked me what time and hours was I playing etc and they didnt match with the account logins).
Also Ive never used a hack/cheat programm and I would never use such programm to get "more" pixels of joy like gold/items. I started a new account because I wanted something fun to play atm and barb was a nice option for me. The account was there (bought it for my wife) and it had a 42 level barbarian already. Dont see how that makes me guilty lol.
I sent an appeal to CSfeedbackeu@blizzard.com and waiting for their answer. and that takes around 7 days as I was already been told. So ye that is pretty much the reason.
ps: remember some guy that said to blizz that he will suicide if they dont get his account unbanned and then he had the police at his door. Then you shouldn't have included what Blizzard did to you in the OP?
also I would like to point out that I will not be comfortable dealing with a person that has been banned from Blizzard, don't really know what others think but as far as what ive seen, I have never seen anyone getting banned for no reason.

Also why would blizzard do anything to the guy dealing with someone? I dont see your point. Blizzard even told me that I can buy a new cdkey and put it on the existing account that I have my d3 banned and that it shouldnt have any problems. You are really weird.

Ye chinese farmers selling ingame gold for real money deserved it or people using 3rd party programms, like maphacks, bots etc etc. But there are also other people like me, who got hacked and probably the hacker tried using said programms but got my account hacked.

I feel gutted. I do not see how a multi billion company treats it's customers like this. They do not even give you proof, they do not call you for when they ban your account to talk with you and see what is going on. They treat you like a number that they press a button and control you. So guess I wasnt like Francis, just over reacted. I was actually pretty calm that day and went out with some friends to cheer me up. That's why I made another account-haven't lost faith in blizzard yet.
