If this is the same guy, I remember seeing replays on Fighterreplays.com (or was it .net?) and sites like of this Telecom and I used him as a benchmark for bullshit.
He would claim his max ranks in some of the games and never came close to comparing to anyone else I saw who was supposedly those ranks. Even back then (4-5 years ago?) I think people would tell him how full of shit he was.
