"He was legally to drunk" I can understand kicking him out of the place, because he was making a disturbance, but yeah... That always confussled me, "We had to put him in the cell, he was to legally drunk" : P anywho, good publicity, fits his personality Actually it gets a bit confusing when people are stating that he got arrested. That's not true. He did not do anything illegal since he was just drinking at legal age at a legal bar. A more suitable term would be "take care of". The reason they escort him to a cell was because he was a danger to himself or other people around him, not because he did something illegal. The police probably made the decision that he was so intoxicated that he could not take care of himself, and therefore escort him to a cell where he can sleep it off. So ye, they just "helped" him since he could not help himself according to their decision.

Not sure if it's the same in Sweden, but here there is basically a limit to how drunk you can be before the police have a right to detain you. I think the idea behind it is to prevent you from doing harm to yourself, by walking into traffic, falling off stuff or whatever edit: but yeah.. the thread should be renamed to something like "Stephano detained by police" or something, because he was not strictly speaking arrested (I assume)
