Once you're at a desired amount of muscle, you "cut" away the fat by dieting and exercise, to get a ripped look, hence "cutter" Incontrol doesn't do this, rather he is constantly "bulking," or gaining muscle, and also some fat, not caring about muscle tone. So while Cutter may have a more visible muscle tone, Incontrol is way stronger and more muscular, despite the fact that he may not be "cut." Incontrol is jacked, a lot for people confuse that for fat, sadly | ||
