Pretty much if I were to meet him face to face, I'd first connect my fist to his jaw. Then tell him to grow-up, or at least a grow a pair. Whether he likes it or not, and I don't even know why he's what he is, he is a big name in the community, and carries a lot of weight. You need to be responsible. Don't even give me that load of he's not doing it in a tournament crap, if you're airing your garbage on the wide open web, and you intend it to be that way, that watch what you say. Otherwise you come off as a tool. Again, I don't think he really is a racist, well lately I'm starting to think otherwise, but he's really lazy about his responsibilities as a somebody in this growing community. TLDR: Man up. | ||

tldr its true destiny does use a lot of bm but this always happen and other streamers bm aswell not saying it should be acceptable but some people do enjoy them, you can only ever watch so much of the same opening and builds ever so much and as much as you like a game watching the same stream over and over again without nothing new happening can get boring for people. Its also a well known fact that destiny is the way he is and hed rather stick to it and keep the majority of the people that enjoy him and his personality rather than cater to a few people who find something offensive. Personally its a ladder game im sure you've been bmd by other people before did you make a thread about every single player? Or maybe this is just seeking attention. | ||

If you watched the daily yesterday you would see a game with gaulzi vs Warden. Guess what? He didn't bm at all even though he got cannon rushed and then 4gated. He even GGed. If it was anyone else I'm sure they would have bmed the living hell out of the cannon rusher. On the otherhand, I have seen Destiny bm numerous times and not just racial slurs. | ||

Not sure if it was mentioned in the 130+ pages, but he's also made light of the situation on Twitter, linking to a YT video of a fake gangsta rap song that just "n----" about 400 times, and then posted a Spiderman meme "look at all the fucks I don't give, they're just falling from the sky". Is this some terrible offense? Not really, but it's about as immature as it gets and reflects poorly on the SC2 community in the same way that Aris did for the fighting game community a few months ago. At least Orb was apologetic about it. | ||

Why do some people consider racial slur or other form of offensive behaviour entertainment? I don’t mind what you find entertaining, but as a person that don’t find such behaviour entertaining, I’m just curious. I also don't mind you being racist, but please just admit it. The fact that some people have the need to use racial slur as synonyms for other demeaning terms or just the fact that an individual have the urge to focus on someone’s ethnicity which is different than one's own is racist. You judge the individual, not the race. This would not be racist. As a community we cannot really allow ourselves to create such "rage" threads as these, since Destiny gets publicity because of the community. He is the one that is smart, since he knows what people wants and have created a way for him ato get an income. I have read a few posts saying “I don’t support his behaviour, but I watch his stream anyways”. I may not support, nor understand why some people find Destiny’s way of doing things entertaining. But I do tolerate they have their opinion; just as I expect them to tolerate I have mine. I do however find people not sticking to their own believes extremely weak. So whoever said that they don’t support Destiny’s behaviour, I encourage you to either stop supporting him (watching his stream etc.), or just admit that you in reality support such activity. I think this is one of the major weaknesses of the gaming community in general and also the reason for the incredible amount of whine threads everywhere. If you DON’T like something, don’t BUY it! | ||
