In the recent Korean Weekly, Coca and Byun had a complete brain fart and declared to the world that they were match fixing.
Coca had won the first game in the series, and he was also winning the second but then Byun asked him to leave and Coca did. Byun won the third game and advanced to the next round.
Since Coca is already in Code S he doesn't need the Code A seed from the Korean weekly, but Byun his former teammate does since he's in Code B.

Seems like they were joking.
Coca decided to give Byun a chance and lost due to overconfidence.

It seems like it would only be match fixing if Coca intentionally lost the 3rd game, but leaving the second out of sheer confidence he could beat Byun again is silly but not wrong.

They should be punished for this. This is unacceptable.

Just sounds like they are being friendly to each other I mean like if I was friends with somone who needed a tournament seed more then I did I would let him win too.

I think we need the context of the actual game. As in, we need the entire video.
This is such a huge accusation that it's not something to be taken lightly, or just assumed to be true based on a few lines of dialogue.
