If it really is HuK to EG then they are making it WAY too obvious...
So I doubt it's that. HuK seems like the kind of guy who'd agree to pretend this is happening to troll. All his tweets about moving on/having faith? So cheesy...

Hmm how about the day[9] daily will now be aired on onemoregame.tv

Huk & Ret with another European and a Korean thrown in? That would be enormous for EG. Yet they offer money at players who are vastly forgotten(for good reason) and at a below mediocre level, with exception of IdrA and Puma really? I mean look at when they signed the majority of their roster. It was awhile ago and all those guys were having success or showed promise.
Idra was good. Incontrol showed promise.
But the rest?
Nahhhhh

I don't believe much will happen, aside incontrol and TL trolling the whole starcraft 2 community.
it'll be some eg tourny. I doubt HuK would leave code S just for EG, and it doesnt sound likely anyway. Heosat does sound trollish too.
Jumping the gun a bit right? I mean he doesn't have to leave code S

Well considering HuK joining EG has been neither denied nor confirmed on multiple occasions, I don't see why it isn't true. Pretty sure they would deny it if it was not true.
There's more clues aswell...

Why suggest imploding, usually people refer to the Internet as exploding with drama or huge announcement, imploding means something from the inside will let it collapse.
Geoff back to STOG wouldn't surprise me even and will not making the internet "impode" it will been seen as a logical step or even maybe a hidden shit i was wrong ( Geoff get back on STOG man we loved you there ).
Eitherway it bothers me a lot that the suggestion concerns imploding, while in all other trolls/announcements of EG they speak of explodes.
It also bothers me that NOONE from the TL Staff is staying way out of this tread while they normally crush rumors like this in seconds. ( remember the EG announcement that TL said no to their league, and the huge discussion that brought between EG and TL members on STOG ).

Alright.
Either I'm balling in tears because it seemed to me like HuK was just about to really become the BEST player, like my favorite in so many ways then this shit happens.
Or I'm rolling the floor laughing at what is quite possibly the greatest troll ever executed.
which is it tt

Now it seriously feels like TL staff is going overboard on the clues. Maybe it's a collaboration and they just trolling us?

You don't get to choose who you sign after the fact. EG has plenty of mediocre players at the moment, but that could change as well. Doubtful that they would sign 3-4 new players and not drop anyone. Remember, any Huk signing would coincide with contracts ending aka free agency period. I know the Brood War free agency is coming up(or here already?). Not sure what the contract status is for guys like LZGamer, Machine, Strifeco, Axslav but I wouldn't see any of them as definite extensions from EG's perspective. InControl would be in that group as well but he seems to have ingrained himself too deep in the team for them to drop him. He deserves a fair shot in our eyes as well considering he just recently began playing full time.

if thats the case, why not just make an official thread stating that HuK has left Liquid for EG?
you know why you cant? because that post alone makes it so obvious that isnt the case. you dont find it fishy? if that is confirmation about it, why would EG bother making a countdown on their site when heosat makes such a public statement
|

The Heosat "We did everything we could" post is gone.
In the other thread he says "We are happy with our current roster."

I think it is a series of news events...I am also thinking that maybe EG bought a korean team, like FXO did...

This post is suspicious to me. 1 post on an account named SpoilerAlert. The account has the nuked icon, which I think means that a mod closed the account soon after the post was made but left the only post it made readable instead of "--nuked--". It could either be a troll that a mod picked up on, or an subtle, but elaborate hint. It's late here and I'm starting to lose it.

lol at people calling haypro a mediocre zerg. He's been in the pool play at MLG for the whole year. That's more than quite a few of the EG players. Get out.

I hypothesized this as well, but he even said himself that he needs a lot more practice (could possibly be misleading us though). Plus, with all the time and effort he puts into the daily and casting for MLG/Blizzcon/AHGL/etc... I doubt he really has the time to become a legitimate pro gamer.
