Ok so EG will send their best player against HuK for a single game, so "one more game" to decide if EG will pull the switch on their Earth-Destruction-Ray or not. The audio files include everyone who has aided EG in creating this weapon, except of course our hero HuK who will be defending Earth from destruction. The background will end up saying "This is not a joke", so people will know how serious this evil, yet genius plan is. Two face is referencing the offer they will give to HuK, which of course is living with them on Mars and getting plenty of Mars money, but only if he doesn't play his match. They are hoping this will show the world HuK's true face before the world is sent into oblivion. The face of the light is them taunting everyone that their faces will never see light once again after this countdown ends, if all goes according to plan. "I will not GG..." refers to the fact that they will play relentlessly, and if HuK wishes to win he will have to destroy every BM floating CC on the map. Lastly the "FANS" in the bottom left refers to the fans of the world, who will soon be annihilated.

So in the end we are all getting hyped for what could very well be are end. Evil Geniuses indeed.

LOTR reference: Again, if I recall correctly those PM's were sent between the 1st and the 2nd mp3 file, reference to reinforcement from the east, which is a reference to white-ra and used as build-up to the 2nd audio file.

Johnny Cash reference: No clue.

Dignitas twitter: Obvious reference to SeleCT as the 3rd player, much in the way they used the LOTR reference I'm guessing. I'd expect the next mp3 file to imply something about SeleCT.

So yea, top-foreigner team over in korea is what I'd bet on. It would for a change be worthy of the hype.

As an addition, I have a hard time believing that people like DJWheat and Incontrol would join in the celebration of 'poaching' players from other teams. That would be in extremely poor taste, and even EG PR should see that to be honest. EG is probably funding most of it, since I'm under the impression they're floating in cash and are therefore doing most of the announcing.
