Police now confirming they have made an arrest, and are still trying to assess the situation. Bad weather makes it hard for Sea King helicopters (medical care) to land. Police spokesman would not give more details.

Police says their working theory is that it's a political attack, that both the incidents are likely to be related. But they obviously don't know anything for a fact yet.

I just got word from a friend of mine that he is at the hospital with no severe damage. He was at the
Utøya summer camp. he says he is fine but people are dead out there...
Even though only 5 people have been confirmed dead, he says there is most likely a lot more then just 5.
