(throne is empty- cause I'm stubborn)
I wanna see a super tourney with all the zergs of the world battling it out for the crown. <---------- BW forum that way, please

You guys think Jaedong will 4-0 Nestea if Jaedong played SC2 as well as SCBW? Or will Nestea hold his own against him?
anyone that has ever actually followed the BW scene and is not just aware of it due to SC2 should know that Jaedong is Jaedong and Nestea is Nestea
the two can not be compared and should not be compared. they are the best at their race in two different games.

nestea was bad at brood war. he 2v2ed with reach and then became a coach.
it's crazy how good nestea has gotten. but he switched games. you can't really tell how good he actually is until a normal brood war player switches over.
i personally think nestea is an outlier and probably can compete at the highest of levels regardless of who switches over, be it jaedong, effort, zero, etc.
and as for the answers, jaedong for bw, nestea for sc2, jaedong overall. jd losing to hyuk and zero are just small stumbles in his domination. he still has a winning record vs flash in 2011 and has great win percentage in team leagues.

EZ, nestea then coming in 2nd is SEN

In the OP you should update Sen's bit with the NASL 3rd place over July
|
How one can be king if he has lost to top? hurrrdurrr

Eh it's all 2 month old material, If I had to rewrite it I would say:
Nestea is the king again, go argue about something else.

No other zergs are worthy to make the list. July and Moon both have better results than Sen. TBH Sen isn't invited in many events... But I still agree with you I think those 2 are better than him !

You should do this for Nestea's section
I don't think his throne is "called into question" anymore. Not after the GSL games yesterday.

Well NesTea has only shown great results at the moment so I guess it is more than appropriate to call him the king of Zerg=)
|
Nestea and Losira are miles above everyone else.
|
NesTea IdrA and LosirA fighting. but NesTea is obviously on top.
|
Nestea's the king of zerg, MC of protoss, and terrans don't have a clear king at the moment. Those are long-term trends that can't be changed too much within a short period of time now.
|
Unless LosirA somehow manages to beat NesTea in the GSL finals there isn't any point in discussing this. NesTea isn't just the best zerg, but also the best player in SC2 to date. He has 77.7% win rate since GSL May (in other words in the last 3 months) and only player who has beaten him in a series in that period of time is TOP (though sC came pretty close). NesTea also hasn't dropped a single game this season. That's how dominant he is.

nestea. so. fucking. scary.

IdrA will come back with a vengeance.

I don't think Idra has the mental fortitude to be very relevant in major tournaments any more. There are too many Zerg players just as good, or better, without his mental handicap.
