Reminds me of how retarded my school is. We get Tuesday off because it's election day and the seniors have to vote, but we still have to go to school tomorrow, yet my friend gets Monday and Tuesday off at his school. - _-v

I liked it when it was on sunday when I was little, it was always an excuse to miss school the next day haha ya, for me it'd be like Teacher: "Why are you *looks at time* 42 minutes late?" Me: "I was.... trick or treating yesterday night so.. I was tired" Teacher: "All the other kids seem to be here on time and they did that too" Me"Well, you know, I take breaks cause I'm lazy, won't happen again" *Next week, happens*

If you are a college student living in a "college" neighbourhood with all its delapidated housing you aren't going to see a lot of kiddies. If I were a parent, I'd be damm sure my little brats get their dope in a-- oh how should I put it gently? -- a restricted neighbourhood. Generally speaking, such activities are normally restricted to a specific social class. Really not sure what you mean by Halloween not being on a Sunday?! In my neighbourhood, Halloween has never been that popular anyways.
