Who do you guys think the top non Korean zerg is?
I'm looking for a great player to maybe watch some replays.
Dimaga,TLO,idra,etc..

I couldn't find any posts like it, so I thought I'd ask.

There are such thing as "best" in sc2. There are great players with results. It all really depends on your play style.

Idra would be a solid bet, but he doesn't have too many replays out there.

TLO, Ret, Dimaga and IdrA are all up there. Sen and Machine are close seconds.

Haypro could be in those top 4 but he has yet to prove himself.

For watching replays, I'd say Sen or Dimaga. I find watching Idra not very helpful to my own gameplay, but styles may differ.

I've always been a sen fan. I just watched the catz live stream and he seemed decent, but not amazing

Agreed it's top non-korean zerg. But they all did so many mistakes and so bad compare to top korean zerg.

There's not enough evidence to show who is the "Best" yet. But the elite include those you mentioned, Ret and Sen.

I'm going to have to go with Idra as the best zerg. He has the most stable build but Slush is good with ZvZ so he has a special place in mai heart.

NesTea would be a great first choice when looking for replays. I'm sure Artosis would agree. No reason not to watch Koreans. I don't mean to sound snobby, but it's probably not a bad idea to watch replays of the people who win the big-time tourneys (ie Koreans).

That said, off the top of my head, IdrA, Dimaga, TLO, Ret, Sen. There are more good players i'm forgetting, but that should be enough to get you started.

Well Rounded - Dimaga, Sen
Aggressive / Creative - TLO, Slush, Dimaga (sometimes)
Hard Macro - IdrA, Dimaga (also sometimes, hence his well-roundedness)

At least that's how I see it.

I agree don't rule out Korean replays, however I think he wanted to known non-Koreans to look at as he probably has already seen the GSL and many Korean Zerg replays. Also be weary of watching the very TOP level play and emulating that play, especially timing pushes, average players on ladder play far differently. Don't dis-regard the incredible play of the pros, but take with a grain of salt in knowing that most of your opponents won't conform to what one would 'expect' when facing a pro.
