In my own experience, 8 out of 10 guys would still have a sexual encounter with me if they knew that no one else would ever know that they did it.
It's a social stigma thing. People still generally think that a person's genitals determine their gender. It's completely idiotic and if they took a few seconds to actually think about it, they would realize how dumb they sound.
Nothing's going to change until people get more secure in their sexuality and stop letting society dictate to them what is acceptable.
As a side note, I'd be willing to bet that most of the people hating on this girl also think that them experiencing any kind of anal sex would mean that they are gay.
The best we can really do is wait for them to grow up and get more secure with themselves.

I love reading these debates, it's pretty fun. I've read some posts here and there but I have to say to me, a Female and a Woman mean two different things to me, the same as a Male and a Man of course. I see Kayo Satoh as a Woman, but I also know Kayo Satoh is a Male. That's just the way I see it.

People can fuck around with nature all they want with surgery and hormones, it doesn't change the simple fact that all the changes they are making are cosmetic.
It's one thing to say you'd still fap to her because you can't see any evidence that she is a man simply from pictures, and it is much easier to pretend she is not.
