I also tried to wall in their larva with evos, so that the shit would spawn inside and be trapped, and have to kill the evo to get out. But that also proved to be too costly to really do much damage. At best I came out even or slightly behind (had more drones but they had queen 50% faster than mine). I tried a bunch of variations, 6-10 pools. Pool at their base to help the wall be cheaper etc.

Possibly the most important thing I learned from this however, is that when the lings are trapped inside and eggs are too, there is no room for the lings to spawn so they eggs just sit there at 100% doing nothing.
