She needed to learn that there are consequences for her actions. But at the same time she's only 11, and it is the 4chanesque culture that leads to girls thinking videos like this are appropriate in the first place. The response is just way, way, way out of proportion and I don't think anyone actually believes that 4chan is looking out for this girl's well being.
