There aren't really that many "normal" people that you speak of. There are tons of these people off the internet too.

What was done was done to prove a point so that this sort of thing won't go through and end up happening to customers.

I would, but I only know where to look for things in america. MVA, where public access records are, etc. Somebody more knowledgeable with the English system could probably pull an address and phone number and schooling easily.
