for those in US: you don't need to download the patch from EU, you can just do this (it worked for me):
1) uninstall sc2 (backup replays first) 2) fresh install sc2 3) create realmlist.stf in your SC2/Support folder, edit it in notepad to contain the following: set patchlist us-beta.patch.battle.net:1120/patch 4) open sc2 5) ...? 6) profit!
This doesn't work for me. Just tried it and it loads up to the StarCraft II Battle.net screen and says: "Invalid version. Please try again later."

when i try to log in it says "you are trying to use a client version not recognized by the battle.net service", any ideas?

I might have to watch Twilight Eclipse at some point as compensation. So worth it.
Just show her a poster of Edward and wave it around a little bit, maybe play a recording of his voice and it will produce the same effect as her watching the movie.

Unfortunately, there are no legit places to download Norton 360º at all, including Symantec's website. Anything you download is complete trash.
The Norton program uninstaller is actually quite a good download.

worked for me quoting for great justice
edit: ~920MB for a "fresh" EU installation

I knew I should have joined Team Jacob when I had the chance.

exact same thing here for me.

You can't use editor or play custom maps without validating the game through battle.net. Would this be small chance of getting LAN support? Sucks when b.net is down tho.

All you Should have to do is disable Norton for now, patch it and then re enable it.
