I can't believe that this is even possible ;-; As a zerg hater, you rooted for CJ? Yes, that is immaculate logic. Shouldn've just shunned these matches. There is no logic fail. Jaedong is the best zerg, therefore I hate him the most and want him to lose every game he plays. If it is a ZvZ obviously I want Jaedong to lose over any other, right? Why would I want the guy I hate the most to advance? Please do tell, where is the logic fail? You failed the moment you used the word "hate" with regards to people on another continent you've never met playing a computer game.
It's an American thing I guess. I'm a Buffalo bills fan and I HATE the Cowboys and Dan Marino. Ask any other Bills fan and they will too. It's how Americans view sports.
I'm also a die-hard Tampa Bay Rays fan as I'm from St. Pete and lived there for most of my life. I HATE with a supreme passion the Yankees. There is no other team in this world that even comes close.
Just like if you ask any Englishmen about soccer they'll have teams and players they hate. Ask any Aussie I'm sure they have their most hated Rugby team/players. No different. I'm very passionate when it comes to sports and life in general.

As much as I'd prefer Oz over SKT1, I really don't see SKT losing. Oz may have the best Zerg but SKT has the best Protoss and the best Terran. And even for ace match, this is the only situation where Jaedong doesn't have advantage, I'd say he's 50/50 against Bisu

Because Orion had more of them? Jaedong was saving larvae for mutas because his Spire was about to finish.

It wasnt the game that mattered. Whats so hard to understand about it... its Starcraft, even the best player doesnt win every game. People have explained it like 5 times -_-

Thank you. I like effort but I feel because of things hes done recently but then faltered from overshadows the rest of the team.
In any case good job to oz look forward to finals.

This is such a stupid result... CJ does better than hwaesung overall (5 wins vs 4 wins) yet due to the retarded super ace match system hwaeung won ;;

Skyhigh off and on. Perhaps another kal only zerg I respectfully disagree. Skyhigh's TvT is flawless, but his TvP and TvZ is mediocre. Yes, his TvZ. If you watch his games, he cheese all the time. Not even creative, just bunker rushing. The last zerg he beat with over 5 wins in his last 10 against Terran was vs JD in WLs. Obviously, he can step up his vP but vZ but that's how they are right now. Effort, on the other hand, still has a lot of potential. I don't like how Effort was edging out JD for the best zerg at the moment for awhile, but his last 7 losses really isn't something to be ashamed of if you really look at the circumstances under which they happened. He's strong in all MUs, but just needs the experience. Upon further thought I will agree, I was perhaps being brash. You bring up essential points with skyhighs tvt but what concerns me is effort even if there were losses from gom and others I honestly just dont feel the confidence I did even from only so few days ago. Perhaps it isnt such a big deal, but I just really love skyhigh and hope for him to do well
The thing that stands out about Skyhigh to me is that he just has so much potential. His playstyle is so unique (a must in today's progaming scene) and effective that it makes you go "wow, how did he get that advantage?". And, with Terran, you can always get better at the late game (Skyhigh's fantastic TvT suggests that he has the potential for all three matchups late game prowess) as well.
Skyhigh continuously manages to get advantages in games (see Zero in MSL) and just needs to get better at not blowing them. Kind of like Fantasy actually but while Fantasy seems like a better build order specialist (why isn't he nicknamed "Surgeon" yet?), it feels like Skyhigh actually has better mechanics.
Between Fantasy, Skyhigh, Leta, and Flash, there's a whole spectrum of entertaining Terrans (yes Flash is entertaining if you understand SC!) out there which is pretty exciting.

Like I said before, every team that has won so far in this system has had the worse record in overall sets. Maybe it's silly, but at least it's consistent!

I think that Effort sending his ovie in the right direction while JD sending his to wrong direction had huge impact because JD's ovie couldn't see the what Effort was producing, his ling number

It's 5-5 actually, unless you don't count the super ace. In either case Hwaseung won the first match so if the system was regular Bo7 Hwaseung would've advanced yesterday.
