It was a shitty design, too. Poorly drawn, looked stupid, and honestly, it was like a terribly recolored version of Rapidash the pokemon.

think a dodge rule needs to be in place b/c i know few of my players say they msg their opponents on iccup who are in a game, then proceed to afk and log off.
if there's no dodge rule, then players can just avoid playing in a strategical way For example : having a 0point player dodge oystein for entire week so that oystein does not net a win.

the organization will figure it out, but its pretty easy to tell when somebody is dodging and they will be awarded a forfeit for their antics.
