Oh what's up CJ?
KHAN is just too damn good at winning. (I sure enjoyed those PvPs. Sick game sense by both Jangbi and Stork.)

He started building a citadel at the same time as observatory, meaning he knews DTs were coming for sure that early. He went straight for the deadliest counter - DT drop.
EDIT: Unless Jangbi scouted it with a probe. I wasn't watching that part very carefully, so I might be entirely wrong lol.

I'm happy for khan fans but i hope they don't become dumber than the STX fans Well, this shows you don't know much about the game. Even top players tend to only have ~60 winning percentage. And when it comes to playoffs when coach and players spend all their energy with strategies, just name recognition doesn't mean much. On a side note, Khan is making a mockery of this whole "insane depth" stuff. If we've learned anything, it's that having no starleague players means you can prepare much more for the proleague. That is true, but it's Odin... if you watched the game, that's the best game he's ever played, and right when khan needed it.
But several things went in his favor, which can only come through preparation. He made it look like he was going mutas, and caused Iris to make a whole bunch of useless turrets. Also, fast upgrades made a lot of difference in the battles early on, especially in destroying Iris' first push. And once that happened, the game was effectively over once he repelled the drops.
Overall, while Odin played well, he didn't perform like Jaedong or anything. Watching him and Effort, and you can see a huge difference in terms of skill it's not even funny.

I'm going to go and fap it to the day 2 matchups now, they are about 4x as good for KHAN as these were .

Suddenly, all the loud CJ fans just disappear from this thread. Hoping for some epic games tomorrow, the only question is will it be Great or Stork for the ace.

Well, I will want to watch the vod when it will be uploaded but GHOSTCLAW claimed that Jangbi spotted citadel with his manner pylon :O
If that's true it is rather an epic fail from Movie...

I do see your point. It just surprised me that compared to like frozean vs jaedong which was a specific build to take jaedong out early, odin had a long game and after a successful start, pulled off some pretty good late game play. That would be hard to predict given odins track record.
In hindsight also, miracle on a 15-9 TvZ map vs kwanro, and getting away with 14 CC while kwanro goes macro aswell is pretty instant win aswell.
Although most CJ fans predicted 4-0, which is believable, alot still thought much/movie would lose. I was one of them that thought we would lose the PvP's, because stork/jangbi are way to solid at PvP. I wasn't expected 4-0 though, i knew we would drop a game, and i thought we would lose somehow. Props to khan for pulling it off in the end.
Good luck for tomorrow :D.

My friend who was watching (he knows Korean) says Jangbi saw Movie cancel goon range and started up a new building.

Jangbi only has 1 game on Outsider and its not a PL match, its an offline match even. Its not his map, Khan only sends mainly Stork on Outsider, Stork handles Outsider/Shades/Andro from these sets. If it comes down to ace, Great/Stork will be sent out for sure.

It was pointed out in the post game replay, Jangbi saw it just at the edge of the pylons vision.

Man, what an epic first set
