Its not that hard to understand a huge drop & then siegein up all your tanks with tons of goliaths blocking anything from coming by while your opponent can't counter because of the tank/turret defene.

TvT is more than that :p

Timings, drop positions, expo timing, tank/goliath unit combination, when to get dropships, when to tech to battlecruisers, are you getting wraiths or not, etc.

He didn't have enough units to fight off the tanks n vults.

Both tanks was in the red I think and I think the vult was damaged also, seemed like it was possible to kill without to much effort.


if you noticed he could barley kill those tanks/vult.... it took him about 7 goliaths I was like, wtf?
I think it was because he sent them in 2's/3's..

So? Those units would have entered his main instead? Probably, but at least there he had a few goliaths standing in defensive position.

Because if he did lift it he would be getting base raped and scv raped, making the game end faster.


I disagree with that, but even if what you say is true it is still 100% better to let it get to low life, buying Hwasin time, and then lift off (giving Hwasin a chance to repair it once he fended off the attack)

I think he was talking about not lifting the CC because then go.go could mine underneath the CC. Could be cleared by sacrificing some units, but it's still a poor position to be in.
