Hoejja had been trying to attack Bisu's natural the entire match, but the long thin bridges and reaver/cannons/zeals at Bisu's natural was preventing him from going in. Hoejja had the center the entire game, but he had to doom drop to finish it off. He couldn't attack directly because of those bridges. Watch what happens at 22:00 when Heojja sends a few units to attack a zealot, dragoon, and reaver. Now just imagine what would happen to a group of hydras. For this reason Hoejja never attacked the natural. Style of play can transcend matchups. One opponent can starve out an enemy who's gained map control by securing as many expansions as possible and defending/harrassing until the enemy is out of resources. This is true of PvP, PvZ, TvT, and TvZ. It plays out differently in each matchup, but the idea is the same. Those bridges and ramps make defending much easier, and legitimize such a strategy. As for the DTs I mentioned, at 19:50 (Jon747's youtube video) Bisu sent ZEALOTS to the 9 o'clock area to scout for expansions. But he never sent DTs. It always makes sense to keep a DT or two around possible expansion points. The zealots were spotted and picked off immediately. A DT would have been completely hidden. It's something Protoss do very often in PvZ games. If you can delay someone from expanding for 30 seconds, you've made a HUGE difference. And look, you can't drop effectively if there are sairs to take out some of the overlords. I'm saying that were Bisu to have protected the sairs he built earlier and still had them around, he would have maintained air superiority, been more likely to spot the drop earlier, and been able to deal with it. And you're right, fanaticist was the one who accused me of always being wrong. I'm sorry about accusing you. But I have studied this map very carefully.

it's not easy being number one plus, he has micro and macro at the same time, so he's bound to make mistakes lol hoejja went into the game nice and relaxed cuz no one would expect him to win but everyone expects Bisu to win
