edit: Just go to the GOM page (http://www.gomtv.net/classics2/live/, where the live button is), have a look at the source of the page and search for "avis". Take the whole thing and replace "avis" with "http" (so that it looks like the link above). | ||

It's actually a lot more complicated than you think; there aren't really clear cut rules like that. The ㄹ consonant can be read as "l" or "r" depending on many circumstances (not necessarily the placement of the syllable). The ㅍ (P) consonant is actually completely different from ㅂ (B). e.g. 르까프 --> some Koreans say Lecaf, some say Recaf; matter of preference e.g. 머리 --> pronounced muh-ri; the ㄹ being at the front doesn't necessitate an "L" sound. As for ㅇ, that's spot on. If at the beginning, it's silent, if at the end, it's pronounced "ng." | ||
