I love both players and want both to go far in this MSL. If I had a gun to my head, I would say I am rooting for Jaedong more simply because I enjoy watching him more. But Hwasin is so good, I want to see him break through and win a Starleague. He is very deserving of it and STX needs a Champion. July is there only champ and he won it in another team. Basically, whoever wins this, I hope wins the entire MSL. | ||

Hitchhiker: 14-16 Longinus 2: 28-17 Neo Araknoid: 11-10 Reverse Temple: 15-9 Total: 68-52 (57% terran win) | ||

However, you have to take one thing into account the statistics of Shinhan 3 OSL maps- most of the Zerg wins on those imbalanced maps are Savior's. So if you remove his wins, you can see the true statistics of the maps: Hitchhikari: 14-13 Longinus 2: 28-11 Neo Arkanoid: 11-8 Reverse Temple: 15-3 Total: 68 - 35 (66% Terran win) Jaedong can still win, but he's going to have to play on another level to defeat Hwasin on these maps (like how Savior played in his OSL run). I hope to see some interesting play from Jaedong to show doubters that he still has it. | ||

And everyone knows the rest of the story. As for tonight, Hwasin 3-1 Jaedong Hwasin will win on Tiamat. He is 1-0 on the map, happening against Jaedong, Jaedong is 0-1 on the map, happening against.. you guessed it, Hwasin. The map is also 3-0 TvZ. Hwasin will win on Colosseum. He's only 1-0 on the map, and Jaedong is 2-0, but Jaedong hasn't faced a Terran on it and the map favors Terran in TvZ 5-1. Jaedong could steal Athena. He is 1-0, Hwasin is 1-1, and the map is only 2-1 in favor of Terran. Hwasin should win Othello. He is 4-0 on the map. Jaedong is 2-0, but the map favors Terran in TvZ 13-8. Throw in Hwasin's 66% win ratio versus Zerg, Jaedong's marginally slighter 63%, and Hwasin's 2-1 record against Jaedong, and no title defense for Jaedong this time. | ||
