because rush had good tactics, good drops, solid unit composition, he had the right number of firebats in the right place at the right time.

No, it's because TvZ is slightly in favour of T. Rush did nothing extraordinary, he even arguably lost too many Marines at the start. But he plays T.

I was watching and said; the only thing that can kill SK now is drops, exactly what happened. He took too long to deal with the first drop and probably got flustered because every following drop was deadlier.

Mining time lost for Rush was off-set by Soulkey not droning early. When Mutas hit, Soulkey had a chance to do exponential dmg, but he didn't. From there Rush slowly got more ahead.

Looking at the state of the game Soulkey created I expected him to muta micro like crazy and then sit 2 guardians over Rush's expo and either win there or turn that into a big lead to seal the deal later in the game.

rush's meteoric rise from ASL ro16 b-tier terran in earlier seasons to his current form has been a pleasure to watch. his macro is solid and his tvz looks scary. but could he win in a finals rematch vs mini?

Rooting for Soulkey but would much rather have a TvP final over a ZvP final… let alone a possible ZvZ final!
