I've said this before but don't be shocked to see more of this as the pros get older and wonder what to do with the rest of their lives.

Combine that with no true up and coming talent from the next generation and we have to wonder if we are approaching an end of an era

I would appreciate all the Korean BW content while it lasts and not take it for granted

That's really too bad to hear about action. He's a phenomenal ZvTer and one of the best zergs on the scene right now. Hard to believe he's actually retiring for good given how many other pros have "retired" only to come back a few months later (effort, stork, rain). Hope he has a good break, but if he's gone for good I appreciate all the joy he brought me by playing amazing BW.

Yeah, I hope he makes a return. Feels like he's never really had the success or recognition you'd expect for a player of his talents (how many Zergs can consistantly crush Flash in a macro game?).

Still, can't be sad about a Mini vs EffOrt rematch. If it's anything like their last clash it should be absolutely incredible.

from what i can gather action has been thinking about retiring for quite a while and felt that it was better for him to go out on his own terms rather than being forced into retiring.

This is bad. He was one of the top zergs, he was so strong during older seasons when FlaSh was dominating, constantly hitting those ro8 and even ro4 once, then he kinda stopped showing those results only to comeback. Fun fact: if Action gets defilers it's GG. I just hope to see Defiler master in future again, just like I'm waiting to see Larva and Last.

Seems like devouvers do not work on small limits since your opponent is going to have more gas by skipping tech and overwhelm you with scourges. Maybe defilers would have been a better option?
