Flash got greedy and scouted too late, when he got into Effort's base the lair already started and he could not tell if it was speed or lair first, need to watch the replay to confirm. Flash did sort of prepare for it by going vult speed first but Effort's attack was timed very well, if vult speed finishes Flash holds that. | ||

Without those sick surrounds vultures when properly microed (especially if he is getting speed) can kill an infinity of Zerglings, he defenitely didn't have to lose there but effort got those vultures so quickly and then the third spawned into a corner and got destroyed as well. Flash would've still had problems since his speed wasn't done, but he could've pulled SCVs and held, he didn't predict when speed finished tho so he got caught off guard. | ||

But vulture micro is hard so it would have been close. This is one of the reasons why terrans don't do mech builds in tvz. | ||

if we're going to call every 1 factory 1 starport build a 1-1-1 i would just spam everything to be "the fantasy build" even though that was an order that no one uses anymore either a vulture opening is not anything new, it is the transitions and decision making off the vulture that distinguish builds. but flash going machine shop first into speed and not going into starport immediately on factory completion (was starport after cc?) is not the 1-1-1 | ||
