For tournaments they usually use banners such as the above one. It really sucks, because then you can't copy/paste the korean text into google translate. Koreans date by month-day and the last text tells you its 20:00 KST. (Rarely does anyone serious ever host a tourneys the morning, so you can always safely assume the time stated is for PM, not AM.)
