Bisu has the positional advantage, FlaSh's regular 4th base @ 1 (his 3rd gas base which is very important) is tough to defend vs arbiters.

For now game 1 is going in favor of Flash, you cant expect to win vs flash with just ground army advantage vs eco advantage, because flash will roll you after.
