Open it and then you can delete those 2 things that scan said, although I can't confirm whether it will help you. It would be helpful of course if you could elaborate on what's happening. Is it giving you an error? Does it refuse to start? Does it refuse to download? etc | ||

I think it has to do with the incompatibility of my laptop to the newest version. | ||
