The second Nation League season came to the end and hey... playoffs TIME!
We had Less problems this TIME and we WanT to thanks all players, especially the leaders for; a small negative Point had been the walkovers given by Russia-B last weeks, fortunately mend up by few good guys. We will Try to get it better.
Nordic team had a Bad Start having ZerO wiNs until the last 3 weeks when they owned their opponents hard, if they had heLp by Top scandinavian players they surely would run for the First place, a call for the next TIME!
Poland and Russia B teams made a good league with notable victories vs America and Peru that had strong line-ups together with Europe.
Congratz to Russia that dominated the season, having ZerO loses until the last day vs the champions in charge, Poland.
All the four qualified teams have line-ups strong enough to beat eachothers in a single FighT, this is exactly what we expected for: playoffs that could give some intersting surprise.

The Core format remains untouched for playoffs, however there’s a tweak or two. In order to keep the schedule intact and provide a better viewing experience, there will be no wildcards, thus NO POSTPONED matches for the playoffs. That means, if a team fails to provide enough players, it will be penalized with a tech loss for unplayed matches.
For the playoffs the rules are a bit restricted: starting maps cannot be changed in agreement and categorically no double maps for the same match (you must change maps at every game).

We got eliminated by w.o. Only eon and me appeared, and 2 players aren`t enough by the rules, so this is a big disappointment considering we were running for the finals.
Too bad my suspicion turned out to be true: the russians admitted their obs-cheated in at least one of my games.
This is a real shame guys, I thought more of you. 
Strange thing: if I have been able to close my game (in fair conditions) we would have a 2-0 lead; but still a losing positions since we didn`t had any players.

When you're that far into a tournament, think there is no excuse to be more flexible for players.
Especially if all they needed was less than a day.

During the semifinals we have had an irregularity into slot2: Djem5[RU] vs [HU]non, game3, Chain Reaction.
The captain of RUSSIA. fuNny[RU] obs cheat, msging to Djem5 the builds/moves of the opponent.

7. Nation War Procedures

Observers are permitted in Nation League only if both players agree on their presence; an exception are official iCCup Observers or Streamers/Casters, who must be admitted into any match they choose to observe or stream. Complaints about non-official observers are not valid.
11. Abuses and Punishments
11.2
Any player found abusing in any way will be permanent banned from the Nation League, in addition, the Nation War which was abused in will be counted as a loss for his Nation.
Premising that:
- it wasn't a regular NW, but a playoffs match
- [HU]non accepted the observer in game
- Djem5[RU] did not abuse
- fuNny[RU] cheated
RUSSIA will be penalized with -15% from own prize pool.
Administration can't tolerate any kind of fraud, moreover by the Leader of a team and in a semifinal.
Note: would be mannered and appreciated if Djem5[RU] left and re-game after seen the msg received. The unofficial admission has been appreciated though.

Well considering he seen all the messages and didn`t even bother even to type /dnd tells much about the situation. In my eyes he`s just as guilty as the other. And this is just one game, it`s quite possible (seeing for what bos he has been opting for) it happened in the other 2 games too.

Cheating by the team leader in an official match. I think this is a very light punishment you are giving them. The only correct thing for Djem5 to do was to alert his opponent about this. He did nothing, not that innocent it seems.

Foreign BW is now a really small community, if we start having trust issues on the leaders of national teams...
I think at least Funny should be banned from being TL for Russia and the match should be given to Non, making it 2-0 for EU with the possibility to win the 2v2 with the players who were available...
Am I missing something? only taking a 15% of a price that they accessed cheating seems like a really light punishment to me.
Just to state how this semifinals went: Russia didn't accept any rescheduling, which is quite BM at this stage even if "legal", then went on and cheated on the decisive game that could give EU a chance... they are still advancing to the finals without any major punishment :/

Good choice as the punishment was FAR too light.
I'm not to sure I understand the reasoning behind his light punishment.
-A playoff match should be held in higher regard
-As to Non accepting the obs in his game, he accepted an obs, not an obs helping his teammate.

+ Show Spoiler +hmm bit of observer cheating crept in at the end there, not cool, hope there are decent sanctions. Better to just not cheat in a for fun competition in the first place though please, it sours things unnecessarily.
